Policy Regarding Fees for Tenants and Brokers

Residential:  

There is no fee for Tenants who contact us directly and have found us through this website, a newspaper advertisement placed by us and has not been referred here by any Real Estate Broker or Agency.  If a Broker has been given an exclusive listing by us for a  rental, it will be noted in the description, and the Broker will be paid by the Tenant even if the Tenant found this website by other means.   

We honor all Brokers.  Brokers should contact us with the names of any prospective Tenants who they send to this site.  Those Tenants will be responsible to pay the Brokers their commission.  If a Broker has been given an exclusive listing by us for a  rental, it will be noted in the description, and the Broker will split the commission with the exclusive Broker even if the Broker found this website by other means.
